In fall 2013, I traveled to Nelson, B.C. to capture the unique spirit of this creative capital of the Kootenays for Maclean's Magazine as part of their 'Canada: 10 Places You've Got to See' photo and video series. I fell in love with the town and the people.
Target Canada asked me to make a short video documenting the Target racing team's visit to an Edmonton Boys and Girls Club.

8 Days at Clover Bar
Capital Power wanted to document the removal and replacement of a turbine in their Clover Bar Power Station, just outside Edmonton. I edited together this look at the highly technical process with video, time-lapse and photographs shot by Jimmy Jeong.

School Lunch Program Ad
I commissioned and helped produced this TV spot while working in communications at E4C. The ad ran as part of the School Lunch Program's holiday campaign and the spot was part of a larger documentary project looking at E4C's School Lunch Program and it's other human service programs.
As a young Jewish girl in Poland, Pauline Charatan live through historical events we
can only imagine. Her mother, father and sisters were killed and she was
forced hide and make her way from Poland to Germany where she lived out
the war in fear of being discovered. Finally, after the war, Pauline
came to New York.
I was commissioned by a group working to support Nazi victims to help Pauline tell her story.
The support group had recorded hours of footage of
Pauline Charatan telling her amazing story in bits and pieces as she remembered. I was tasked with trying to
understand the details of her story and put together the footage in a
way that helps to make her story clear.
Charatan Remembers: A Survivor's Story
As part of my graduate studies, I developed a short project inspired by my love of old radio detective programs. 'Betty Holiday: Girl Detective' took many forms, none of them final.

DUMBO Art Festival Spots
Each September, the Brooklyn neighbourhood of DUMBO is taken over by
artists, musicians and great food. The DUMBO Arts Festival is an
exuberant end to summer in New York. In this series of spots, I capture
the excitement, fun and the family-friendly nature of the event.

Ode to the East River
I love the new East River Ferry. I wanted to share some of it in this
little bit of video shot on my iPhone with the 8mm app. The music is
